Job Description

Shahi Sawari is looking for smart, self driven, well spoken & enthusiastic Customer Support Executives who would be responsible for receiving, investigating & responding to all customer queries. Customer support department is the mouth and ears of Shahi Sawari and if you have that knack to understand people, resolve their concerns and create a perfect brand image, we would love to take you on board.

Responsibilities


  • Interact & respond patiently with the customers via phone, email or online chat concerning various care issues & resolve quickly
  • Assist with Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Tracking & reporting of relevant customer concerns
  • Coordinating with the internal department and escalate issues to the TL as and when required
  • Follow up with customers & ensure they are satisfied with the resolution provided
  • Work simultaneously with multiple databases
  • Capturing and applying customer feedback to improve our service delivery standards
Pre-requisites:
  • Prior relevant experience of 6 months will be preferred
  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Prior knowledge of customer service ethics
  • Should be versatile, patient, ability to multitask and quick response time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
