Job Description


1) Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously receives all visitors and direct them to appropriate waiting areas

2) Promptly, accurately, professionally and courteously take all incoming calls/inquiries and divert to appropriate extension

3) Organize and keep record of all incoming & outgoing postage & courier at head office and submit the same end of the month

4) Sort all incoming mails and deliver to relevant desk

5) Ensure tidiness & cleanliness of the reception area

6) Any other task assigned by the management
