Job Description

- Telephonic & email communication with tenants and relevant department stationed at Dolmen Pulse.

- Forwarding access, delivery and complaints to relevant department per SOP, keeping line manager in loop at all times.

- Providing relevant work site forms and assistance.

- Maintaining and providing day to day report on complaints (opened/closed).

- Assist all departments stationed at Dolmen Pulse in being receptive to the needs of tenants.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (writing and speaking).
