· Excellent Analytical skills

· Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write Feedback & Issues

· Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverable – ensures the ability to find the bad calls and made them improve

· Good Salesman ship

· Knowledge and Experience in Microsoft Office

· Business process understanding

· Prior experience in customer services would be an advantage
