Job Description

The candidate will be expected to handle various types of executive reporting on daily, weekly, monthly and annual bases.

Experience with handling cash statements, expense books and creating appropriate reporting documents will be necessary.

Must be well versed with ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Candidate will also be expected to handle income statements, payroll and balance sheets, and review monthly financial assesment of the company`s performance.

Major tasks include:

  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Maintaining salary & receivable ledger.
  • Handling petty cash.
  • Preparation of bank and cash vouchers.
  • Any other activities associated with bookkeeping and cash management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is recommended.
