Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all billing and maintenance related work.
  • Purchasing and maintaining all office supplies.
  • Entertaining all official guests in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating with all vendors for procurement of all office related things.
  • Coordinating with Govt. institutes / departments
