Job Description

- To assist in charge Ops in compiling and consolidating of all MIS reports relating to Operational activities.

- To assist Incharge Ops in controlling and consolidating all housekeeping related checklists for Mall Opening and Mall Closure.

- Assist in Consolidation of Operations reports for the Mall and the corporate office block on a daily basis for onward submission to the higher Management.

- Assist in Organizing & controlling preparation and circulation of Operations staff rotation on a monthly basis.

- Assist in consolidation and circulation of Water consumption reports on a daily and monthly basis to the Management.

- Assist in giving explanation on variation of water consumption month on month comparisons.

- Assist in preparing and circulating memo’s and circulars on time to time basis to all outlets on various disciplinary issues.

- Assist in organizing and preparation schedule for Mall Outlets Audit by Operations staff and to follow up actively on issues highlighted in the audit reports.

- Assist in close liaison with CS desk, Pulse and Connect to attend to Customers and tenants complaints related to Operations and aggressively follow up with the Operations staff for prompt closure and confirmation to the complainant on the closure.

- To assist all Operational staff on preparation and rising of PR’s for various requisitions relating to Operations and Housekeeping.

- Actively follow up with all concerned on the vendor invoices payment processing and disbursement of actual payment.

- Assist in active monitoring and countering of approved budgets and ensure that all requisitions raised are within approved budgets and if not then should get it approved as unbudgeted item.

- Assist in preparation and consolidation of MIS on outlets late opening and early closure, to assist Operation Managers to issue penalty notices to the outlets to bring in necessary Mall discipline.

- Assist in actively handling all issues and requests related to Wheel chair Management, Water Management and outlet staff uniform issues. Compile regular data and assist in analyzing the data and assist in resolving any issues arising regarding these services.

- To assist in compilation and consolidation of data, on a daily basis on the footfall report submitted by Security for onward submission and any other reports required by the Management from time to time.

- Assist in ensuring all Operations maintenance agreements are properly filed and monitored on its validity.

- Assist in compiling data on the Parking Management and usage of Parking by customers in liaison with Parking Supervisors.

- Assist in compiling and consolidation of MIS on the parking stickers issued to all tenants and to ensure effective control upon its issuance.

- Assist in reviewing and compilation of reports on the water consumption and to carry out variance analysis of consumption trends and to investigate reasons for the variation in usage for onward submission.

- To assist in active management of Operations and House Keeping staff training schedule in liaison with the HR Training unit.
