Shahi Sawari is looking for smart, self driven, well spoken & enthusiastic Customer Support Executives who would be responsible for receiving, investigating & responding to all customer queries. Customer support department is the mouth and ears of Shahi Sawari and if you have that knack to understand people, resolve their concerns and create a perfect brand image, we would love to take you on board.
- Interact & respond patiently with the customers via phone, email or online chat concerning various care issues & resolve quickly
- Assist with Inbound & Outbound calls
- Tracking & reporting of relevant customer concerns
- Coordinating with the internal department and escalate issues to the TL as and when required
- Follow up with customers & ensure they are satisfied with the resolution provided
- Work simultaneously with multiple databases
- Capturing and applying customer feedback to improve our service delivery standards
