Responsibilities:
• Outbound Dialing on a predictive dialer to homeowners
• Qualifying prospects for solar
• Explaining the benefits of solar roof panels
• Asking prospects about their current monthly electric bills and kw usage
• Utilizing online tools to evaluate the prospects roof for solar panels
• Communicating with Team Lead and QA Lead
• Logging all communications with customers in CRM contact database
• Additional duties required as needed
