Job Description

- To ensure that Mall is ready in all respects before opening. Mall readiness checklist to be prepared and signed before the Mall opens to ensure that all HK tasks, Facility Maintenance tasks and Operational matters are in perfect running condition for the Mall opening.

- Preparation and submission of shift report on a daily basis to Operations department.

- To supervise closely cargo movement and ensure movement takes place in line with the defined SOP on cargo. All cargo movement must be moved strictly in line with the defined timings.

- To ensure cargo trolleys are in line with the defined specifications and are in proper order. Any defective trolleys should be stopped to ensure no damage is done to the Mall floor.

- To efficiently and smoothly manage the bulk buyers of hyper star and in line with the defined timings and route. Should be cleared from the Mall premises swiftly and efficiently.

- To ensure that all outlets open/close as per the Mall defined timings. Any violations should be strictly dealt with by issuing late opening/early closure tickets to impose financial penalty for habitual violators.   

- To keep a close check to ensure that all Mall outlet staff are wearing uniforms and wear name tags in line with the Mall disciplinary measures communicated to all outlets. Any violators should be reported for further action.

- To ensure Mall entrances/exits are properly manned and closed after Mall closure. 

- To manage the over-all operational concerns of the mall including its physical management, safety and security, housekeeping, maintenance of the building and equipment in coordination with Security, HK, Fire and safety department.

- Close Liaison with main departments; Food court, Security, FM and marketing on operational related issues.

- Overall supervision and coordination with the service provider for the 1st aid services for customers.

- Helping/Assisting HOD in effective and prompt handling of all customers/tenants related issues.

- Attending to Customers and tenant’s complaints pro-actively in liaison with CS desk, Pulse and Connect to achieve high customers and tenants satisfaction.

- Perform all tasks essential to keep the mall running smoothly.

- To manage the Mall floor during shift timings and log all issues pro-actively with the Help desk and also to keep strong follow ups with the HD for logged complaints closure.

- Implement and follow all SOPS and make sure other departments are also following the same.

- Follow up and act as per requirement on information provided by help desk, CS desk, Connect and Pulse.

- Verification of 3rd party contractors invoices.

- Carry out shop Audits to ensure Tenants are complying with the standards and procedures set for them.

- Follow up on all issues related to Outlet staff ID cards, water Management issues and issues related to Wheel chair Management.

- To oversee Marketing events set up installation is carried out in line with the defined SOP’s and specifications.

- To ensure all fit out/repair works undertaken by the tenants during night time is carried out in line with the defined SOP’s.

- To ensure that all labor movement during night time is properly documented with their CNIC numbers and ID cards in place, duly verified by Security Incharge.

- Manager Operations to sign all Gates pass for the movement of all items in and out of Mall premises.

- To ensure that all tasks carried as per the work permits issued by FM, in line with the defined SOP’s.

- To perform any other tasks assigned by the Management on time to time basis.
