Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. A leadership role primarily responsible to drive HR ensuring efficient and effective utilization of human resources2. Develops agile recruitment strategies to ensure timely induction of quality human resources required to support business strategies and organizational commitments3. Constantly works to enhance employee satisfaction, loyalty and commitment, and brands i2c as an employer of choice4. Adopts effective tools and selection methodologies aimed at selecting top talent5. Drives organization wide performance management and succession planning processes6. Devises performance based compensation strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top talent7. Creates enabling environment and facilitates in developing a high performance work culture8. Devising HR service delivery model capitalizing on automation and self-service9. Establishes HR best practices, explores, evaluates and acquires HR tools, systems, products and services that boost HR productivity and service quality10. Devises systems and procedures that proactively assess HR compliance and adherence to policies and organizational processes11. Initiates and drives programs aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness12. Strives to develop and maintain a healthy team and service culture that fosters excellence, collaboration and teamwork13. Adopts talent management strategies that enhance workplace productivity by improving and integrating HR processes related to attracting, integrating, developing, rewarding, retaining and utilizing people14. Serves as a mentor for people issues, guiding and facilitating managers, supervisors and other individuals in effectively dealing with such issues15. Conducts HR surveys, including employee satisfaction surveys to obtain systematic feedback from people on organizational policies, practices and initiatives etc.16. Reports HR operational performance to management using objective data, including quantitative metrics across all key HR functions17. Facilitates in organizational change initiatives, helping managers and other stakeholders in minimizing resistance and enhancing readiness for change

Required Qualifications and Competencies:Education - A business degree, preferably in Human Resources

Experience - 10-15 years

Competencies:1. Proven record of successfully delivering in a similar capacity. Prior experience of transforming HR would be considered a plus2. Excellent communication skills3. Excellent leadership and change management skills4. An appetite to solve problems5. Comprehensive knowledge of HRM and allied disciplines6. Strong awareness of current trends, issues, tools and approaches to people management7. Good computing and data analysis skills
