Job Description

1) Drive the process of defining company’s Mission, Vision, Values and Goals

2) Carry out business process re-engineering and restructuring

3) Direct and manage the team of HR and administration professionals to create dynamic environment for a multicultural work force

4) Conduct job analysis (job evaluation, job description and job specification)

5) Ensure the development of department wise skill matrix

6) Drive the process of development of departmental missions, goals, and values contributing to corporate Vision, Mission and Goals

7) Establish Key Result Areas (KRAs) for each department

8) Devise HR Strategy and Human Resource Planning (HRP) while linking it directly with the corporate Mission, Vision and Goals

9) Develop HR policies and procedures and ensure their implementation in letter and spirit

10) Act as HR Business Partner to all other departments for establishing their internal procedures and systems

11) Develop and transform Human Resource department to Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

12) Spear heading Organizational Renewal and Change Management Process

13) Develop HR dash board to ensure effective and efficient control mechanism for Human Resource Department.

14) Lead HR department’s Monthly Review Meetings

15) Closely monitor training needs analysis process, training workshops and authorize training plans

16) Act as master trainer

17) Develop and implement performance management system

18) Effectively deal with grievance issues to ensure employee satisfaction

19) Supervise recruitment throughout the company.

20) Lead the process of developing company’s HR portal

21) Plan and monitor all campus recruitment campaigns

22) Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc.

23) Review staff salaries, direct salary surveys, design & implement Compensation & Benefit System, and make recommendations for salary adjustments in consultation with department heads

24) Succession planning for senior level, middle level & critical positions in the organization

25) Develop HR policies, procedures and documents to promote excellent employee relations and maintenance of ‘best practices’ in the workforce

26) Conduct exit interviews for departing employees

27) Design & deploy policies & procedures fulfilling the legal requirements as per applicable Labor Laws.

28) Monitor and Evaluate Employee Welfare issue such as Zakat fund, school fees, medical, etc.

29) Responsible for HR Budgeting, its Monitoring, Evaluation and Analysis.
