Job Description

Purpose of the role: The job responsibility will be to achieve target through your team within an assigned time period, managing and mentoring the commercial team. The person in this role must have good eyes on the current trends and future forecasting of the market, directs the department accordingly and devise the strategy to increase overall company growth through sales.

Responsibilities:Sales Cycle Management & forecasting:

Achieve wholesale voice sales margin as set by the company

Ensure growth of focused destinations

Develop stable business case from direct telecom operators

Conducts proactive sales activities, including pre and post-sales service requirements

Continuously seek to develop your own products which must have competitive edge

Working closely with relevant department to manage process of business

Finding new customers to enable growth

Acquiring information of possible prospective customers and analyzing the available information against company’s standards and offerings

Traffic Monitoring:

Manage day to day business activities in close coordination with concerned Department Heads & teams

Monitoring of traffic flows, revenue analysis for maximum growth of business

Managing company profitability/quality indicators on all routes in close collaboration with the team

Proactively monitor traffic to highlight any irregular traffic patterns, and address accordingly

Business Development Planning:

Developing and managing business relationships with Telecom Carriers

Using market knowledge , identify company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

Develop relationships with key buyers/customers & help team to achieve the same relationship

Innovative ideas which suggest new service offerings which may lead to new and improved revenue opportunities for the business as well as a competitive advantage

Significant understanding of business decisions
