Job Description

Aptech Computer Education; is a Worldwide IT institute having 33 campuses Located in 12 major Cities of Pakistan ; is looking for dynamic and energetic team members with good communication skills.


  1. Communicating daily with the Management team, planning work schedules;
  2. Ensuring all events run smoothly;
  3. Managing budgets and financial plans;
  4. Handling or resolving problems of student and also discuss this with their parents
  5. To manage current admission policy of the Center;
  6. Taking responsibility for the recruitment, training, organization and monitoring of staff;
  7. Achieving profit targets;
  8. Taking responsibility for the sales and marketing of center, including promotions, image/brand and profile;
  9. Leading by example in maintaining service standards of institute;
  10. Researching markets to identify new business;
  11. Purchasing equipment necessary for education center to operate;
  12. Day-to-day troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise.




  1. Preferred degree in Marketing or similar focus
  2. Friendly, energetic, and welcoming nature.
  3. Working knowledge of current education trends.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and contribute as an integral part of a small team.
  7. Day to Day control function of Academics, HR, Marketing, Admin and Accounts
