Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liasion between higher management and various teams within VAS, such as CAM, Program Management, CIG, Fraud, and Chargeback, to communicate and coordinate activities.
  • Gather data form various stakeholders required to develop various daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Develop communication and coordination process to improve visibility on implementation projects.
  • Develop reports on new and existing clients business performance.
  • Carry out the monthly client forecast exercise in coordination with relevant CAM.

Knowledge, Skills and Personal Characteristics:

Exceptional Oral and written communication skills, Flexible, Positive attitude, Teamwork, Problem-solving/ analyzing skills.

Specific Tools, Technologies or Equipment Skills:

Expert in MS Office (Especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
