- Act as liasion between higher management and various teams within VAS, such as CAM, Program Management, CIG, Fraud, and Chargeback, to communicate and coordinate activities.
- Gather data form various stakeholders required to develop various daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Develop communication and coordination process to improve visibility on implementation projects.
- Develop reports on new and existing clients business performance.
- Carry out the monthly client forecast exercise in coordination with relevant CAM.
