  • Managing all general administration activities.
  • Respond to phone calls/public inquiries.
  • Responsible for all billing and maintenance related work.
  • Purchasing and maintaining all office supplies.
  • Managing the Janitorial staff.
  • Maintaining the proper working of Generators in Lahore offices.
  • Entertaining all official guests in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating with all vendors for procurement of all office related things.
  • Coordinating with Govt. institutes / departments
  • Managing the licensing related activities with different boards
