Job Description

- Liaison closely with Customer Services desk, Connect and Pulse team for all wheel chair bookings.

- Be polite and courteous when dealing with a customer. They should never misbehave with the customer under any circumstances.

- Ensure to carry customer’s wheel chair in line with customer instructions throughout the Mall

- CS desk will issue a booking ticket copy to the Wheel Chair Facilitation staff.

- Booking of reservations with complete details of customer’s name, contact number, vehicle number and the designated meeting point with expected time of arrival.

- Document Wheel Chair number on the ticket that is being allocated to a particular customer.

- Staff will ensure that all wheel chairs are in perfect working condition at all times and kept in a neat and tidy condition.

- Ensure proper counting of all chairs and in case of any missing must be recorded in the duty register/log book.

- Register fault and maintenance that occur in the chair and to report to help desk for repairs.

- Ensure that chairs are in adequate quantity to be placed at the designated points where they are parked.

- Be aware of the location of all outlets in the Mall for ease of movement for the customers.

- Preparation and submission of MIS of facility usage on a daily basis to Operations department

- The staff must know that the wheel chair service is complementary and no charges are to be taken.

- Staff must be attired in Dolmen specific dress when on duty.
