Responsibilities:
As part of the support team, candidate will be challenged with problems which require solutions within a short period of time, candidate must be able to remain calm, analyze problems in its entirety, derive possible problem cases, test it on the sandbox environment, and apply the fix in the production environment.
English communication, written and verbal is compulsory.
