Job Description

- Maintain inventory and records for Office stationary.

- Overseeing the general maintenance of all facilities of the facility through effective supervision and working with the rest of the company offices.

- Coordinate with internal offices as well as external contractors and vendors to help complete company activities.

- Supervise general administrative and support services.

- Monitor, measure, report, and address administrative issues and personnel forecast.

- Advocate, promote, and implement a healthy, safe and creative work environment.

- Ensure the operational and capital expenditures are in line with the approved budgets and provide monthly management and expenditure reports.

- Maintaining and controlling of attendance record.
